Who does Enthree Strategy work with?
We work with principals — CEOs, MDs, Executive Chairmen, and C-suite decision-makers who have a specific transaction mandate. We do not work with researchers, exploratory inquiries, or mid-level representatives without authority to sign. If you have a defined deal and a deadline, we want to hear from you.
How does Enthree structure its fees?
For deal origination and investment facilitation (Tier 2), we operate on success fees — typically 2 to 2.5% of transaction value — payable on completion. We earn when you close. Market intelligence mandates (Tier 1) are fixed-fee quoted on scope. Advisory retainers (Tier 3) are quoted by duration and scope. All engagements are formalised with mandate letters, NCNDAs, and fee agreements before work begins.
What is the MIIREP™ Framework?
MIIREP is our proprietary 6-dimension, 100-point market emergence scoring system. It evaluates African markets across Macroeconomic Stability, Institutional Quality, Infrastructure Readiness, Regulatory Environment, Economic Diversification, and Political Stability. Markets scoring above 61/100 are classified as Emerged and are the primary focus for investment origination. It is used for market selection, investment screening, and as the foundation of our bespoke intelligence reports.
Can you work with international investors who have no prior Africa experience?
Yes — and this describes many of our best clients. We provide the market intelligence, relationship access, regulatory navigation, and deal structuring support that allows international principals to engage with African opportunities confidently. The discovery consultation is designed for exactly this starting point.
What makes Enthree different from other Africa-focused advisors?
Three things: the depth of our professional network (7,600+ contacts built over 25+ years, spanning investors, regulators, DFIs, and government); the MIIREP Framework, which brings analytical structure to market intelligence most advisors provide only intuitively; and our deal origination model — we are active deal originators with live mandates and a transaction track record, not consultants selling reports.
Do you cover markets beyond Nigeria?
Yes. Nigeria is our primary and deepest market. We have active mandates in Namibia (mining, oil and gas) and South Africa, and our advisory capability extends across West Africa, East Africa, and Francophone West Africa. For multi-market strategies, we leverage our pan-African network and the AfCFTA framework.
