What We Do

Intelligence-Led.
Relationship-Driven.
Completion-Aligned.

We are not a consultancy. We are a transaction partner. We originate, structure, and facilitate cross-border deals — and we earn when you close. Every engagement starts with a mandate letter and ends with a result.

01
Market Entry Strategy
We deploy the MIIREP Framework™ to score and select African markets with precision — mapping regulatory pathways, entry modes, and stakeholder landscapes before you commit a dollar.
02
Cross-Border Deal Origination
We originate, structure, and facilitate investment transactions across energy, financial services, real estate, mining, and technology — anchored by mandate letters and NCNDAs from day one.
03
MIIREP™ Intelligence Reports
Our proprietary 6-dimension, 100-point emergence scoring system transforms complex African market data into board-ready investment intelligence and market selection decisions.

How We Engage

Three Ways to Work With Enthree

Tier 1
Market Intelligence Mandate
For investors and companies evaluating African market entry before committing capital
  • MIIREP™ scoring of up to 3 target markets (100-point emergence assessment)
  • Regulatory and stakeholder landscape mapping
  • Entry mode recommendation with risk-weighted rationale
  • Board-ready report delivered in 4–6 weeks
Fee: Fixed fee — quoted on scope
Tier 3
Strategic Advisory Retainer
For companies requiring ongoing African market intelligence and institutional access
  • Monthly or quarterly retained advisory engagement
  • Continuous market monitoring and regulatory tracking
  • Priority access to Enthree's 7,600+ institutional network
  • Stakeholder management across DFIs, government, and sector operators
Fee: Quoted on scope and duration

We take a small number of mandates at any time. We work exclusively with principals who have decision-making authority and a defined transaction. If you are in early research mode, we recommend starting with the book.

Case Study — Energy & Power Infrastructure
Case Study — Energy & Power Infrastructure

From Zero Presence to Authorised Distributor in Nigeria’s Power Sector

Sentry GSI (Houston, Texas) had developed the Fast Depressurisation System — proven transformer explosion prevention technology. They had no Nigerian presence, no distribution partner, and no pathway into Nigeria’s 20 electricity distribution companies, the Siemens Presidential Power Initiative, or the country’s industrial power consumer base.

Enthree Strategy identified the right vehicle, structured the distribution arrangement, and facilitated the Service Provision Agreement making GridShield Technologies Nigeria Limited the authorised Nigerian distributor of FDS technology. Active pipeline development is now underway across DisCos, Presidential Power Initiative participants, and industrial consumers.

The Gap
International technology principal. No local presence. No distribution network. No pathway to Nigeria’s power sector buyers.
The Engagement
Enthree identified the right local vehicle, structured the distribution framework, and negotiated the Service Provision Agreement between Sentry GSI and GridShield Technologies Nigeria Limited.
The Outcome
Signed, authorised distribution mandate. Active pipeline across DisCos and industrial consumers. Publicly announced. Ongoing market development.
What It Demonstrates
Enthree can take a foreign technology principal from zero African presence to a signed, operational distribution mandate — through network, structure, and execution.

Verdict
Nigeria clears the emergence threshold. Infrastructure and regulatory dimensions are the primary opportunity vectors in 2025–2026. Currency convertibility and the 2027 election cycle are the active risk flags for USD-denominated investors. Priority sectors: financial services, power infrastructure, fintech, agri-processing.

“We are selective about the mandates we take. Before we commit to your engagement, we will tell you honestly whether we believe we can deliver — and if we cannot, we will say so and refer you to someone who can. You will never pay for a mandate we did not believe in from the start.”

If You Have a Mandate,
Let’s Talk.

We take a small number of engagements at any one time. If your transaction is the right fit, we will tell you within 48 hours of our first call. If it is not, we will tell you that too — and point you in the right direction.

We do not take exploratory engagements. If you are still in research mode, our book Africa Is Emerging is the right starting point.
